A smaller project than the others here, but one that meant a lot. Lively Productions was brought on to build entrance archways for PBR's Space Cowboys event, held at Falcon Stadium in collaboration with the U.S. Space Force. My boss handed me a loose concept sketch and from there I owned the whole build.
This wasn't the biggest build on the list, but it's the one where I carried the project start to finish. A rough concept image became CNC files, then me on site fitting panels with the carpenter, then the vinyl and print work that made it read as a finished piece under someone else's brand.

Working from someone else's brand, in this case PBR and the Space Force's identity, meant the design work was really about translation. I took a loose sketch and existing logos and turned them into a structure that could actually be CNC-cut, assembled, and stand up outdoors at a stadium.
Because I handled the files, the build and the print prep myself, the two archways came out identical and matched the client's branding cleanly, down to the ringed vinyl detailing that echoes the Space Force insignia.
