Hedera DevDay brought developers together for a day of tech and AI talks and hands-on learning, organized around a series of sponsor "stations": Kabila, Neuron, Bonzo Finance, Hashgraph Online and the Hedera Studios Station. Each one was a small booth guests could walk up to and explore. Lively Productions built the whole environment around a winter mountain theme, from the walls guests walked past to the merch they walked home with.

DevDay's brief was less about a single showpiece and more about building an entire world guests would walk through. Plain event walls needed to disappear into real-looking wood paneling, a blank corner needed to become a mountain vista, and separate info booths needed to feel like one designed space instead of five mismatched tables.
That meant designing a full print system covering walls, signage, wayfinding and backdrop art, then being the one on site to install every piece with its lighting so the environment actually held together on the day.
